Bungee Fun Run

On Saturday we had the great pleasure of joining working alongside the CDHB at the Summerz End event at Jellie Park. We’re used to running the Horizontal Bungee at public events, but the team from CDHB added a novel twist. Contestants wore a Velcro jacket over the top of our harnesses. As they ran down the lanes, straining to get as far as they could, volunteers threw Velcro clad balls and monsters at them to simulate a virus attack. Thus the aim was to not only get as far as possible, but also to pick up as few bugs as possible! It was a great idea – lots of laughs for all ages.
